1. About Renovia

Renovia Inc. is a California corporation and licensed general contractor serving Los Angeles County. Contractors are required by law to be licensed and regulated by the Contractors State License Board, which has jurisdiction to investigate complaints against contractors. You may verify our license at the Contractors State License Board website (cslb.ca.gov) or by calling (800) 321-CSLB:

• Classification: B — General Building Contractor
• Insurance: Commercial general liability coverage through Biberk
• Bond: Contractor's license bond through Economy Bonds
• Established: 2018

2. Purpose of the Site

The Site is provided for general informational purposes about our construction and remodeling services and to allow visitors to request an estimate. Content on the Site — including project photographs, descriptions, and articles — is not professional advice for your specific property or project.

3. No contractor–client relationship; estimates

Submitting an estimate request, contacting us through the Site, or receiving a response from us does not create a contractor–client relationship, and no agreement for construction work exists until a written contract is signed by both parties. Any estimate, budget discussion, or timeline mentioned before a signed contract is preliminary, non-binding, and subject to change after a site inspection and defined scope of work.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, design, logos, and photographs of completed projects — is owned by or licensed to Renovia Inc. and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to the Site, but you may not copy, reproduce, republish, or use our photographs or content for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest contact information, content, or images from the Site by automated means;
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through the request form;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its hosting infrastructure;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site.

6. Third-party links

The Site links to third-party platforms where Renovia maintains a presence, including Yelp, Instagram, and TikTok. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those platforms. A link does not imply endorsement by the third party of Renovia, or by Renovia of everything on the third party's platform.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Nothing in this Section limits any warranty we provide under a signed construction contract or any warranty that cannot be disclaimed under California law.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RENOVIA INC., ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). THIS SECTION DOES NOT LIMIT LIABILITY ARISING FROM CONSTRUCTION WORK PERFORMED UNDER A SIGNED CONTRACT, WHICH IS GOVERNED BY THAT CONTRACT AND APPLICABLE LAW.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Renovia Inc. from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with its effective date. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
