2. Information we collect

We collect only the information you voluntarily provide through our estimate request form:

• Name (required)
• Phone number or email address (required — you choose which)
• Service requested (required — selected from a list)
• Project details (required — your description of location, scope, and timeline)
• City or ZIP code (optional)

We also process two technical values used solely to block automated spam submissions: a hidden form field that should remain empty (a "honeypot") and the time elapsed between the page loading and the form being submitted. These are used only to filter out bots and are not used to identify or profile you.

3. What we do not collect

The Site currently operates no analytics tools, no advertising trackers, no third-party pixels, and no social media trackers. We do not collect your precise geolocation, we do not fingerprint your device, and we do not track you across other websites.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA. We have not sold or shared personal information in the preceding 12 months.

4. How we use your information

We use the information you provide only to:

• Respond to your estimate request and communicate with you about your project;
• Schedule site walks, prepare estimates, and deliver contracted services;
• Prevent spam and abuse of the request form;
• Comply with legal, licensing, insurance, and record-keeping obligations.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.

5. Cookies and browser storage

The Site stores a minimal set of items in your browser, described in full in our Cookie Policy. In short: we store your cookie-consent choice, and a small number of session-only interface flags that expire when you close the tab. None of these identify you, and no tracking technologies operate on the Site today. Where you are presented with a consent notice, declining means no non-essential storage is set and any existing non-essential entries are removed.

6. How we share information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may disclose information only in these limited circumstances:

• Service providers who help us operate (for example, website hosting), bound by contractual confidentiality obligations;
• Legal compliance, when required by law, regulation, subpoena, or court order;

We keep estimate request information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, complete any resulting project, and satisfy California contractor record-keeping and statute-of-limitations requirements, after which it is securely deleted.

• Delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions;
• Correct inaccurate personal information;
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share it);

10. Children's privacy

The Site is directed to adults seeking construction services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change this Policy, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date. Material changes will be noted prominently on the Site.
